Welcome to Amoura. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or require a deposit for future bookings

Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and offer a possible adjustment.
Refunds are not guaranteed.

Hair Extensions & Chemical Services

Due to the nature of these services:

  • Results may vary based on hair condition, maintenance, and aftercare

  • Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or use of non-recommended products

Retail Products

All product sales are final unless defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days.

Payments

We accept various forms of payment. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge for services and applicable fees.

Liability

By receiving services at Amoura, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • All services carry some level of risk

  • You have disclosed relevant hair history and conditions
    Amoura is not liable for reactions or outcomes when full and accurate information is not provided.
