Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in a fee
No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or require a deposit for future bookings
Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and offer a possible adjustment.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Hair Extensions & Chemical Services
Due to the nature of these services:
Results may vary based on hair condition, maintenance, and aftercare
Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or use of non-recommended products
Retail Products
All product sales are final unless defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days.
Payments
We accept various forms of payment. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge for services and applicable fees.
